3. Response to Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Copten Writer will:

  • Promptly review the claim
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if necessary
  • Notify the alleged infringer of the claim
  • Respond to any counter-notices in accordance with DMCA guidelines

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Your full legal name, address, and email
  • Identification of the removed content and its original location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
  • Your physical or electronic signature

5. Repeat Infringers

Copten Writer reserves the right to terminate accounts or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright laws.
